It really came about through risk management, understanding the reputational risk, the financial risk, and obviously, the safety risk, and ensuring that we do things safely and continue to support the institute in a safe manner to make sure that all the research they're doing, we don't end up in the press. That things just really go well. And it's helping us do that."
